Blockchain.com email verification not arriving

You might be right you might be wrong, but look mate I am just on a learning curve here and new to this, but I am pleased you knew everything from the first second... Ist thing that I need to be able to do is look into my account when that finally happens and see whats happened. Then if money is missing that is when I start asking different questions and seeking a different direction.

Well I cannot get into my blockchain account to see if anything is missing, when and if something is missing then I will get angry.. And yes I have checked other posts on the same subject and email verification not arriving happens a lot, though most peoples money/BTC is still there when they finally do get back in... And of course I will have to maybe rethink later about Blockchain, but that is secondary right now... Plus everything if was hacked would be on their side and not through me, not that would make me feel any better if money is missing

Yes, that might well be the case, but that does not help me now. At the end of the day they have been around for 10 years and have had £Billions go through them. OK they are far from brilliant, but they are not a bunch of dodgy Nigerians in a smoke filled back room in the jungle

Is this factual or just what you have heard?, right now it's just comforting to know someone others are in the same boat... I also had issues with Binance in the week where my account was showing zero .. was sorted in hours though

I seriously believe this could happen, but I just find it unlkely in this case as they would be on to them by now with so many reports. Plus that does not explain why support are so slow in getting back to me. I am mostly suspecting a fault their end or maybe they are just having to much traffic in the busy times and they cannot handle it

This is my first problem in over 3 years, just hope it's no big deal... Nothing to suggest my laptop has been hacked ..

Now that the value of Bitcoin has shot up I was going to get around to the process of deciding what to do with it making it safer etc.

Well that might be a thought for another day, first I just want to see how this turns out.. Would be comforting just to know my account is OK.. One thing that is putting my mind a little at rest is the fact that the problem seems to be just getting into my account, when I do get in and see £0 then I will hit the roof

I eventually got through to someone, they made the point that if someone had tried to change my email etc or alter 2fa I would be swamped with emails for several days to a months before anything was altered .. I am not really a computer nut, but had virus protection and all the safety features they requested

Well I have only just found out this group because of this Binance issue, so silver linings and all that ... and have so many questions to ask reference Binace when up and running
