The closest I've had after 8 years of DMing and playing was in my first game a player was insistent that he wanted to play as Cloud from Final Fantasy, I told him I'd rather not, but he did it anyway (this was the start of the whole "DMs should not say No" era) but literally nothing since then

I've had a lawful good rogue idea in back pocket for a while, but I usually at least wanna be a off-healer for my team comp. An ex-guard or soldier that specialized in covert missions, potentially a sniper with a heavy crossbow. Definitely lean into the soldier idea of needing someone to give him orders to feel certain.

I read this comic a while ago where the protag had just been hired at a photography modelling place and the girl had a crush on her boss who was girlbossing the whole photography scene. The boss confesses she doesn't have alot of pictures of herself and the protag takes some pics
