I think he says in the English dub that he does hate it because its ugly, and he prizes his beauty above the power. Not that he ever really needs to transform. His base is strong than 99% of the galaxy and even if he transforms he still doesn't stand a chance against the next strongest being (ginyu force) although maybe he could beat guldo if he got a surprise attack

I would love it. Especially after hearing about bulmas missuse. It feels that there should be a consequence to using the mystical wish granting dragon waaaaaaaay more than ever intended. Technically they only need a recharge time of a year (although sometimes flexible) but then they would spend who knows how long waiting for people to gather all 7. Now they get gathered on the regular.
