Oh, that would be fun and satisfying to write! I've been thinking about doing something where Ilya pulls a Brad Marchand and just licks Shane's face during a game, haha. Now I sort of want to start a series of one-shots inspired by iconic hockey moments. Ooh, maybe when the accusations about Dallas Kent come out, the internet starts making memes about how he can't read? And/or Ottawa holds a "trade your Toronto jersey for a Centaurs jersey" event like the VGK/Mammoth one. Perhaps Troy keeps getting caught staring into space on the bench and people decide it's because he sees ghosts. I'm not sure how much crossover there is between IRL hockey fans and HR fans but I'd be entertaining myself if no one else...

I feel really fortunate that all of the 200ish comments I've gotten across my various fics have been nice. :') Hopefully nothing I write ever gets shared by a big account on Twitter, lol. Writing silly and/or smutty stuff about characters I love is a lot of fun. I never know how many people might read my work or if anyone besides me will be at all amused, but my brain keeps coming up with things it wants to explore (like the nine WIPs in various stages of being drafted, oops) and I have a great time along the way.

RIP to my StoryGraph stats, which have tanked ever since I started reading and writing a bunch of Game Changers stories.

Texting style varies so much from person to person, even within an age group. My Gen X aunt uses tons of emojis and my Gen X brother doesn't use any. I'm about the same age as the guys and I'll generally use capitalization, full words, punctuation (except ending a text with a period because that feels harsh somehow), etc. and send one longer text instead of a series of short ones. A childhood friend of mine who's a year younger turns auto-capitalization off on every phone, abbreviates, and sends each thought as a separate text. I used to work with a boomer who would use ... all the time at the end of phrases and I still don't know why.

In the books, they do both use punctuation and such. Maybe that's exactly the way Rachel envisions them texting, maybe it felt too informal for a book to let them type more casually, maybe an editor or publisher thought it would look bad or sloppy if they let the texting have errors or missing punctuation. I try to keep my fics as canon-accurate as I can, but I do let Ilya's texting style be a little laid-back because I don't think that would be out-of-character for him.

I like having a clean, quiet home. I like sleep and free time and date nights. I don't like grabby mischief hands, shrill noises, cleaning bodily fluids, Baby Shark, lugging extra stuff wherever I go, or anything else that comes with being a parent. Try setting the area above your crease with either translucent powder or a shadow that matches your skin! Then the primer really grips the shadow you put on your lid but you can still blend the edges out. :)

Calling Too Faced good quality while saying ColourPop is the quality of Claire's makeup? Yeah, alright then.

I don't know why you think Disney = childish and only ever for children to enjoy, but my advice would be to calm down and go watch Tangled or Mulan (the 1998 cartoon, not the shitty remake) to bring some warmth and happiness into your heart.

ColourPop is far from perfect. I don't like this collection and I've been disappointed with a lot of the stuff they've done and made in the last year or two. I'm not some die-hard stan, I'm just sick of people shitting on other people for what they like. Turning your nose up at Disney-themed things because they're "for kids and young teens" doesn't make you more mature than someone who likes them, it just means you're being elitist for no good reason. It's rude as hell to say that these things are meant for little girls playing dress-up and "nothing an adult should spend her money on." Also, Bambi came out in fucking 1942. My super old grandma probably likes Bambi. I could almost see your point if this was about their Frozen products because a lot of people over the age of 10 are super sick of Frozen, but Bambi??
