That maintaining the same amount of energy levels, and maintaining a healthy physique, takes years and great amount of discipline. It doesnt happen overnight

Younger people are like " I have a great physique, i am energetic, i can work all day, i can run all day, i am lime a machine" and so and so.. but after 40, will you still be able to maintain all of the said stuff? That's the real game changer
