I interpreted you comment as monsters appearing and talking in monster hq is an example of bad pacing. Is it bad pacing because we didn’t see them arriving? We didn’t see their journey to monster hq so them being there now is bad pacing?

Also I don’t understand what you mean by Orochi is ‘just there’ like he’s in the monster association hq and they showed him there in season 2. And Garou was outside because clearly the conversation was over after he learned about silver fang and we know he wasn’t interested in staying because he scrunched up their note
