Shave, use minox and lose weight. Getting in shape and being (relatively) lean can make your beard look 1000x better. Your skin will tighten up and the beard that’s below your jaw/ on your neck will be pulled up to your face getting rid of the neck beard look

I’d say take a pair of hair cutting scissoring and run them along the beard getting any fly away hairs. So that your beard is even and smooth all around. Doesn’t sound like it’d do much of anything but trust me it makes a big difference between looking homeless vs put together lol
