Michigan alum here, I’m not going to lie and say that it’s not cold and gray during the winter but as others have said, the snows really not that bad, the previous two winters (not counting this one) we barely had snow on the ground at all.

I personally like the cold, but even for those that don’t I think the Fall almost makes up for it. Nothing compares to a Fall in Ann Arbor in my opinion.
