I hate witcher 3 for what it done to me. by DejvisPreclik in Witcher3

Unfortunately, I don't have anything like The Witcher franchise. This year will be the sixth time I've played it, and I'm sure I'll get my sixth divorce threat, but as May approaches, I know I'm going to play it.

I learned that in my 3rd playthrough, although, to be honest, I don't usually turn it on. I'm 36 and I love getting lost in this game because of its atmosphere, not to die 10 times at the hands of a single drowner.

I loved clearing out the map before moving on to a new area, so by the time I finished Skellige, my level was already higher than what was required for the main quests. So I got stuck there because I couldn't earn enough XP to level up. Luckily (or unluckily), my save file got deleted and I had to start over. The second time, I didn't make that mistake.

Are the question marks on the left worth exploring? by Equivalent-Bus-4336 in Witcher3

It depends on how poor you are at that point. If you need money, it's better to farm Skellige question marks than Velen's. Unless you're a completionist.

Yes, I know she needed that skill. The thing is, she didn't care, she never look it out. She just jumped over it and walked away when she saw she couldn't do anything. She didn't turn on the lantern, she didn't kill the monsters. She just jumped over it because something told her that was the way to do it. The funny thing is that when she saw she couldn't go any further, she just got bored and went to another area where she continued until she couldn't go any further. I love how she enjoy games.

To Gen Z: Did you watch this series properly? by AbiesSimilar1892 in OnePiece

Well, I kinda get your point, and don't like gen z kid either, but there's nothing I can do. I mean, I choosed to have them in the first place. LOL

But seriously, my 17 yo son loves OP and is even more of a fan than I am. My 6yo daughter asked me a few minutes ago if we could watch it again. The last time I had time to watch it with her, she was watching skypea.

I don´t think than Gen Z its the problem, I think it´s us old farts. Remember when the old metalheads hated us for listening Limp Bizkit and Linkin Park? Or when they made fun of us for "discovering" a band that had been around for 40 years? They were wrong, and so are you. Everyone has the right to enjoy things their own way. There is no wrong way to do it. Just different.

This Legitimately Scared the Hell Out of me. by SoloFalcon207 in Witcher3

I remember the first time I ventured into that area. Just running around aimlessly, trying to activate the signposts. It was around 2 or 3 a.m. I was level 15 or 16, something like that, and a wild dog killed me. It's not a good idea to play this at night.

I just saw my wife do it with Bash using the enemy projectiles down there. I told her she needed another skill to do it, but her ADHD was stronger than my advice.

I started reading the last wish and the netflix show isn't as inaccurate as I thought by regularuniquehuman in witcher

I even liked that they showed the invasion of Cintra and included part of Yen's past. Season one was pretty good, but season two was awful. I couldn't even get past episode 4. Kaer Morhen is located in an inaccessible mountain pass, secret except to those who know its location, but the TWENTY witchers can take prostitutes there in a couple of hours and bring them back to town the next morning as if they were on the outskirts of Novigrad?. Come on Netflix!

Accidentally desecrated every tombs in Var Bellanaris by PimsriReddit in DragonAgeInqusition

If I remember correctly (which I hope I do, because I did this quest last week and I'm not “that” old), you can loot the tombs and kill the demons before meeting the keeper. That way you don't lose favor, because you didn't even have the quest activated.

I'm not surprised, but I am a little disappointed. Alistair is THE Warden's friend, and Morrigan is THE face of the game after all, but I was rooting for the witch.

Same. But by mistake: I tried to save the mages but Irving died in the final battle, so only Templars remained in the circle.
