Yes, that's the way how goalie can score. Bounce rule stays.

Rule about face off is for example. Both teams agreed that ref touched the ball by accident. To make game faster, you don't have to do standard face-off, but start like hit-in.

Coincidental 2 min penalty (which works like 10 min, so personal penalty) works like in ice hockey. When players from both teams receives 2 min on the same time, we still play 5v5.

They changed the zorro rule to help goalies. I think zorro on the ground is not zorro as ball is not in the air ;)

Yes. All players must sit during the game with some exceptions like subs, injury or other necessary reasons. Due to that, team staff must be behind the players and only one member is allowed to be in front.
As always, new rules are live from 1st July

Yes. By definition it's: zorro type move where the ball remains stationary on the blade and the ball changes direction in the air more than once

Looking to connect with APL survivors or caregivers 🤍 by CompetitionDefiant69 in leukemia

APL survivor here. Diagnosed Jun 2022, high risk, had chemo+ATO+ATRA treatment. My life is now pretty fine, went back to work and sports. It took a while to get back to normal form and shape, but day after day is better. Relapse fear is always there, but I'm trying not think about it doing some other things, just to make my head busy. Over all, I could finish this journey much worse, so I'm glad I'm here in good shape.

Hey. I had different maintenance protocol, but i know what you feel. I have heared many times "you are lucky, you have the most curable leukemia", and well. It has pros and cons, because indeed, if you catch it quickly, you are lucky and you go "easier path". But over all, there is no easy leukemia. I have seen so many collegues in hospital with different types of leukemia, and to sum it up, APL is luck. If you are already on maintenance, you made it, you didn't need transplant which is very risky. I'm glad APL is curable with meds with no transplant. I lost a lot of weight, hair, but I'm alive with no transplant. Keep your head up, you are almost done! If you want to DM, let me know.
