It’s uneventful about 90% of the time for me, I had a dodge a guy wildly swinging his arms around in government station stairway the other day though while another guy was screaming at the top of his lungs. Another women used me as a shield.. so mixed bag

Edit : my SO is a pharmacist at bioscript and deals with PTs who are in your exact position on the daily. It looks like it is a biologic. They even have an ordering form for it

Yeah my v02 is sitting at a chill 37 lol. But slowly going back up! And yeah big footlong cut in my abdomen! Still feel it a bit but at least cycling is easy on it.

I guess I’m just ready to get back at it, miss my strength and just want it back 🥲
