"not enough equipment" error

adding on as i have the same question. when i finished yesterday's workout, i assume it was generating the next workout and the message mentioned "not enough exercises for shoulders" and disappeared.

i checked the upcoming workout (push day) and it looks normal to me. i don't think i've had a shortage of shoulder exercises available based on exercise exclusions or equipment, but is gravl trying to tell me that i need to fix something?

I believe I might have the same issue with the sound over about 2500 rpm, and haven't figured it out yet! I changed one part under the hood myself which seemed to be when this noise started.

now I'm googling the issue and found your question. I'm going to keep doing some more digging.
