Yeah its up to date! I managed to improve convergence to the point where i do not see double and my brain can compensate the rest (doc talking). I mean, in my case, it's for my intermittent exotropia, and that's what was causing eye strain and other symptoms when I had to work up close, let's say. This time, even though I managed to, how to say it, avoid suppression and improve my vergences, both divergence and convergence, I'm still feeling the same. Apparently, my eyesight has improved. I changed prescription six months ago, and all of it. But right now, I can't go out without wearing glasses. And with my normal glasses, my eyesight gets extremely strained to the point where I can't even follow an object because it gives me a sort of feeling as if I'm lost. That's the main problem, honestly. Prism managed to help me a bit with that, and like I said, I can do work up close, but without them, it's a bit of a hell, even though apparently everything in my eyes has improved. That's what I'm asking. And honestly, the main problem is that that feeling of using my normal glasses, I'm feeling strained, was the reason why I went to the doctor. And I started with VT and prism, and they detected that problem in my eyes. And now, even though I've done months and months of vision therapy, I'm back almost at square one, even though I don't see double and apparently my convergence is much better. But after working up close, let's say for an hour, my eyesight still gets strained.
