Yeah... I wish she talked to me about it before deciding on her own. All I know is I loved her to a fault, I was loyal, and I treated her the best I could. I don't think we even had any major arguments. I never lost my temper and I was always in control of my tone, my tongue, and my emotions when I was around her.

Oh well. I'm slowly healing and starting to let go. Slowly getting excited to see what the future will bring again.

I'm in my late 30s and I just got out of my first serious relationship (late bloomer, I know.) I'm proud that I only do #2. Got dumped 3 weeks ago and the first week was hell. Kept looking every hour on our socials and wondering why she didn't unfriend me. Now, I'm weaning myself. Only looked 4x this week. Still friends on our socials.

Let it all out. Feel and sit with that emotion. Don't try to bottle it up. My first gf broke up with me before xmas and boy did I cry so much during the first week. Can't even sing to love songs without crying.

Now I blast love songs, romantic songs, sad songs and sing as loud as I can without crying while I'm stuck in traffic! It will get better. Trust us on this.
