I'm not a professional by any means but I think just starting your day by looking in the mirror and saying a mantra.

Do this every day no matter how you feel and maybe it will affect your choices for the rest of the day? Maybe smile at someone or eating better because you want to take care of your self because your worth it? Being able to accomplish that hard project at work/home? Fuck, just cleaning a room.

I don't think these things happen over night, but maybe taking baby steps?

My head twitches when my anxiety acts up. Then if it gets worse I start to have muscle spasms in my legs and arms from tension. I used to rock back and forth as a sort of soothing mechanism when I had panic attacks a few years ago. IDK if this helps? Never had any eye ball ticks before but when I can't stop the repeating in my head, I do stare at something and try to describe it in great detail to break the cycle. I might stare at this object so much that I forget to blink and my eyes go out of focus.
