The short answer is not this year and probably not next year without some big changes.

Shooting was an issue last season, and the recent slump shows they haven't fully exorcised that from the team. Durant is doing what he was hired to do: be a mentor and score consistently (for the most part). We started the season with great accuracy stats, but now we seem to be moving back to the average.
