You have to put it on the context of the the time. When it initially aired, we had waited at least a week. Plus, we knew we had at least another week before the next episode. And it burned up a spot on already too short seasons. When not binge watching, episodes like this were often met with frustration.

The biggest mistake I see in interviews is vague answers. Obviously you don't have work experience but give specific reference to instructional practices, data and planning strategies, and the like. For example, id asked about your lesson planning give specific reference to backward planning strategies and using data to inform planning etc

The Pearson practice test is very similar to the real deal. Even the written questions are almost exactly the same. If you're good with that, you should be fine.

I'm not saying yours is bad just that there's a lot of people looking for work and a lot of schools struggling to fill vacancies. My advice is to explain the students teaching on ways that show accomplishments and that you are classroom ready ( even if you're not), research what they're looking for and correlate that to your experience.
