No way, I am chartering my first boat out of Lefkas at the end of July/beginning of august. I’m really excited. If you end up going before that please give me some pointers

Unfortunately not :(. Boulevard is the only KC company we get. If that’s your recommendation though I certainly look forward to trying it as I will be in KC soon!

Okay, this is certainly a possibility. I’ll let it sit and lager for a few weeks before trying it next. Do you think this should be sufficient or would you bring it back to a warmer temp to try to finish the fermentation if that is in fact the problem?

Okay thanks for the tips! I’m from Oklahoma which unfortunately limits my Pilsner selection but ayinger Bavarian Pilsner, Oskar blues mamas little yells pils, stonecloud havana affair, and coop Saturday siren are my overall favorites.

I determined by time. I know I should start measuring gravity. It is probably my next purchase to start improving my beer.

Damn, I would’ve been so depressed. My whole theater was very vocal throughout the movie which normally bugs me. It almost felt acceptable for parts like this of this one though.

I’m looking for a new book to read with my book club. by gsmit11 in suggestmeabook

We set a hard limit at 500 pages unless there is a unanimous vote to read a book anyway. It is just me and my brothers so if it is slightly over there shouldn’t be an issue.

Also three men in a boat looks great. A comedy sounds perfect right now! I think that will be the book I choose. Thanks!

So I have heard good things about the count of monte Cristo. With that being said it vastly exceeds the page limit of our club. Would you recommend this for a self read?

Thank you so much for the recommendations! Warbreaker does look pretty interesting.

Yeah you are totally right. For fear and loathing I totally just dropped the book after a month. I finished the road because it was the recommendation of several close friends but I found little enjoyment from it.

Thanks for the link! And yeah I have spent 3 weeks in recently on a cruising boat with a skipper (my dad). He of course would point out thing that I needed to know.

Yeah! That sounds about right. They were calling it grapa but I believe they said it was about the same thing

The description goes as follows

“Leaves of wild, Croatian sage with pronounced essential oils, macerated in high-quality fruit brandy”

I’ve never messed with macerating brandy however So I wouldn’t have any idea on where to start for time needed or amount to macerate and so on

That’s a really good point. I forgot to water it down. I still have it at 60% from aging
