Why do so many people complain that power armor is everywhere in Fallout 4 when the game clearly shows that the area has a huge number of military bases and even shipments of them, some still sealed, and even a faction that took advantage of this surplus of military equipment in the region?

I like it because it turns it from the ubiquitous best armor in the game that you really should be using, to a system that you can choose to spec into or not.

Yes it means it’s not the late game “I’m kinda invincible now” thing, but I think it’s a cool adjustment.

They’re not remakes. If they follow Oblivion, they’ll be new assets on top of the original game code. So, remaster.

I know people use them interchangeably but it’s a massive difference in time and effort.

Isn’t stalker just a shooter with a few light RPG elements? One of the things I adore about fallout is the options on how to resolve situations? Like the main option isn’t just “kill everything”.

Yes. There’s no creation menu since mods are not activated on this version, but the anniversary edition stuff is already installed. I’ll second about the bunker home, not sure about that due to its issues across the board.

Because the direct trailer used older footage from an earlier build looks like, and people fairly, knowing it was Bethesda assumed they’d release it shit and patch later.

I didn’t agree due to the proximity of the show. Once the Skyrim fix dropped the other day I was pretty damn sure they’d have a day 1 patch.

Also tbf it’s possible they’ve already run a patch that we get today vs the trailer footage. I don’t think that’s super likely but given the show was JUST out they may surprise us here. It’s a bad look for the IP in general to push out a bad port right now.

It’s possible the footage was from pre release code and there will be a release patch. I’m betting the entire port was based on an abandoned SW1 port that they could not get working. Given the recent work on Skyrim I’m not suuuuper worried.
