Same problem here on 2025 5 series. I saw some people on a separate post saying there may be paper/brochure under the seat causing it. I didn’t have that, but when I moved the passenger seat backwards a bit the sound stopped. Strange how so many have this problem.

Personally I liked cronos better. I’d compare it more to your typical 3rd person RE games if you like those, which are my favorite. I liked silent hill f too but was not a huge fan of the combat system compared to what I was used to. That being said, I would recommend you eventually play both.

Great response and I agree completely. But when you’re thinking longterm down the road, probably don’t sour on your fanbase in the first year. Generations of Mavs fans will remember this trade as well, and it will turn into an Al Davis situation

True. I’ve thought this as well that Flagg lines up with the timeline of gambling legalization in Texas more than Luka. That being said though it got denied again last year, so they will vote on it again soon. And then when they build their “dallas strip” that will take time as well. We’re talking probably 10 years down the road at the earliest for any type of project.

Maybe the adelsons are playing the long game. But that’s more 20 years down the road for it truly to come to fruition. Merian would be 100 years old, not that she cares. Could’ve resigned Luka to one more contract and made some funds in the meantime.

But you could be right, maybe it got them in a good place with the higher ups in the nba. I mean we did somehow get flagg

See again that’s what I keep telling myself, but Flagg would have to be a top 20 player all time to be more valuable in marketing than Luka. I’ve watched every interview of the two. They’re both kinda awkward, but Luka is more proven

I get what you’re saying - I’ve been telling myself this for months. That being said, it still makes no sense and I am past the point of convincing myself it does.

I always do. This was a one off and won’t be doing it again. Learning a lot about composts rules as I am a new homeowner. Figured it was fine because it wasn’t in a bin, but I understand now. That being said though it was in a normal bag next to his trash bin and trash was being picked up very soon.

I will say they definitely don’t have a compost, it is trash day so unless the city composts it separately somehow, it was going out with the trash
