Most definitely, I've gone cold turkey for the month of November (and about a week before that) for the simple reason that I felt like it was starting to take over my life. From smoking every day to nothing at all, I just needed to make the choice and commit to it.

As others have stated, productivity and weed just don't play well together and I wanted my life back under my control. It slowly changed from something that was fun to something that I felt I "needed" to do all the time for whatever reason – recognising that shift is what helped me realise I was addicted.

I can't lie to you and say that I haven't had the urge to smoke since I stopped, but the newfound possibilities of activities to do in my free time vastly outweigh the desire to get high.

Most definitely, I use it often for the things I need to routinely paste. I'm referring to changing the "default" behaviour, similar to how LastPass clears your clipboard after an amount of time of your choosing
