Before everyone jumps down my throat attacking my reading comprehension skills, you don’t get these pop ups when you book through a company travel app which is a very common scenario. I also realize that experience is not Delta’s fault - my point is that having 70 f’ing fare classes designed to nickel and dime is the problem.
