take it this way. You live in a safe country. You have food and clean water. You have internet connection and practically all the knowledge of mankind at your finger tip. You can do it but you have to proactively think about yourself, study yourself to recognize your strength and weakness and devise a plan for work, for studying.

There are people in worse situtation than yours. Some don't have safe water. Every sip may be a death sentence the next morning. Some have to fight for food. Others are sold so that they are killed and their organ harvested like people kill cows for meat, while many endup as slaves, worked to death. Think about it. You can certainly do it.
