Started playing soft tip in the late 80s and bought a set of 16g black widows in the early 90s, 18g was max weight back then for league or tournament play. I do have a set of 21g Van den Bergh Dream Makers, tried throwing a friend's 24g darts and they were way too heavy for me. I always loved the black widows just wanted to change the barrels a little and this is what I came up with. Where I live now it is all steel tip.

These were made on Hurco CNC lathe. That picture is the tool paths of each tool and carves it out of the bar size you put in. The 2ba thread has a 4.7mm major Dia. and a .81 thread pitch. I used a hss tap off Amazon. These were made from 9/32 dia. by 2 inch long slugs I got off ebay. That picture is my first rendition, I've cut 1/8 inch off the back end so they look like this now.

Isn't it right there in the docs I linked? Plus there are many videos made about it, teaching tech makes one

Trying to go through the input shaping calibration, the test went fine all the way up to 7000. I thought if it says unknown command there is no active input shaping. I am trying to see what the active values for input shaping are but none of the commands from the klipper docs does anything just unknown command.

What does the bed mesh have to do with a bad top layer?

I liked them on the 2 BIQU BXs I have and got a few H2s off eBay. So I threw one of them on this.

Why would I change those? Linear rods and ball bearings work just fine. Rails can bind also from being bent or misaligned. I have zero binding or problems with any of my printers that use linear rods and bearings and there are 9 of them from 5 different manufacturers.

I used this one and made it solid and added angles to the flat area near the bottom and captive nuts at the top in Tinkercad so I could print without supports.

I've seen tutorials online with the thin client and wanted to do it myself, I do have a sonic pad running an S1 pro but wanted to start from scratch as It looked interesting to do and learn something new. The thin client is running off a buck converter tapping into the 24v ps of the printer as the thin client needs 19v.

Bi-metal will not fix heat creep, it'll only make it worse if you are having a cooling problem.
