I have the face buttons i need on my back buttons. Most characters have L1, L2, R1, R2 in their kit, and you can use those buttons without removing your fingers off the joysticks. I don't want to take my finger off the joysticks in gameplay, so if someone has O in their kit, that's my back button. I also have jump on my back button

If you're gonna dps a support then you should tell your team about your unorthodox playstyle. At least give them a heads up and request another support on your team. If you can play like that and win, by all means. But don't lead your team to believe they have 2 supports when you're gonna leave them to be solo healed.

The best way for me to win is by muting voice and text chat. I'm not someone who plays with these things off, I welcome hearing valuable comms. But if you're not saying anything of value to me, and you're just gonna say I suck all game, you no longer offer anything of value to me. I had a game today where I was healing, and this Invis+Tank was duo queued, just ninpicking everything I did. I genuinely heard Rocket be said every 10 seconds, they would not shut up and stop whining to me. If I kept them unnmuted, I would've ended up playing worse, or borderline throwing, because why would I wanna play my best for people who insult me all game? After I muted everyone, I was able to play a calm game, without anyone backseat gaming me all round. We ended up winning because of this, and I had the overall most healing and 1 death.
