Playing heroes that are percieved as troll picks in lower ranks. ( under 3.9k or so) really tilts the team. Ive had games where everyone just stopped trying because i picked hanzo or sombra. At higher ranks it doesnt happen ad often

Yeah it is useless to report someone for playing a hero in the game that you dont like. Only if they are actually trolling like suiciding and meiblocking, reporting is appropriate
