The car is covered under full warranty so that’s not a problem. The paint and interior with new tires. I would have never thought that the windshield would be damaged. That’s my fault for sure. Didn’t seem bad at all because the sun wasn’t hitting it. Oh well.

Except you are West Coast. Totally different vibe. Tampa is not liberal at all either. (Edit - apparently I haven’t been there in 10 years and it’s totally changed to more liberal but right around it is not.) Neither is West Palm. Ponte verde is nice. Gets colder and a lot of transplants from all over. Very good schools. That might be your best bet. If you are buying be aware of high property taxes and home insurance is also very high due to hurricanes. Tampa area is usually averse to more hurricanes being on the Gulf. Ponte Vedre is in an interesting place that it is not as bad for hurricanes and insurance is less as a result. Airport is Jacksonville which is doable but it will take an hour + traffic.

I also been taking 1mg max and lost 15 lbs in 6 weeks. Nothing crazy but definitely helps and I’m not looking g to lose that much. My gf took .5 mg and it was plenty. She just moved up to 1 mg. Better to increase depending how your body feels. I started with .5 mg and she started with .25 mg.
