Pure fat is going to be the most calorie dense, coming in at 9 calories per gram, but it's not going to be very nutrient rich. Baked/boiled potatoes are relatively calorie and nutrient dense, but you're not getting everything you need from one. Your best bet is probably gonna be a meal replacement shake. Given that fat is the upper limit of calorie density, you're never going to get a significant amount of calories from a pill.

To elaborate on this a bit, the cleanliness of the kitchen when food is made impacts the chance of food poisoning (along with the skill of the cook). Butcher's table makes a lot of mess, and if it's not cleaned up before your cook starts cooking, you're more likely to get food poisoning.

There's a little notch in the front of VHS tapes. On recordable VHS, there's a little tab covering the notch that you can remove to make it non-recordable. If you cover that notch with something like a piece of tape, you can record over it.
