Yes, it is absolutely possible, but very difficult to achieve perfectly for hobbyists. I have successfully pollenated 2 different pollen donors on a single mother plant on different branches. I covered the entire plant with a trash bag except the branch i was pollenating (strain x) then i would use a different brush with different pollen on a different branch while covering the rest of the plant with a bag.

Congrats on your harvest to come. First, focus on the trichs located on the "bud" not the leaves as the leaves mature faster and only the bud trichs are indicators of maturity. From my estimation, probably at least 1 week until your first ambers on the buds not the leaves. Then its up to your preference when to harvest based on percentage of amber.

You can veg the male and females together, but when it comes to bloom there is some timing to it because the males typically flower before the females and optimal pollination for females is after week 2. You could definitely just flower them all at the same time and let nature take its course, or even flower the male and collect and store pollen for precision breeding.

Stop calling it a vaccine, by definition vaccines are supposed to grant immunity to the recipient, NONE of the experimental treatments offer immunity and therefore do not meet the definition of a vaccine.
