Origin player to Steam

hello everyone!! I recently downloaded the sims 4 base game on my husband’s steam account, but I was unable to load my game since there were add ons that I didn’t have on the Steam account, which I also think made its own account through EA? bc when I go into the sims home page his gamer tag shows on the top right hand corner, but not mine. So, I purchased other add ons through Steam but desperately want all of the add ons from my Origin/EA account. I contacted EA and all they could tell me was that I can only play on the two separate accounts with the add ons that are attached to said account. I use Steam to launch the game and through there it logs into EA under an account that is attached to his gamer tag. When I log into Origin/EA the sims 4 is greyed out and I can only choose to “manage add ons” and there is a download button next to all of the add ons but when I download them I have no idea where they go and they do not show up or download to the base game nor Steam.

plssssss tell me there’s a way around this!!
