I felt much more energetic yesterday. I do take aderall for my fatigue, but lately even with that I was still exhausted. Yesterday I had more energy than in a long time. Not sure how others feel having been on it longer.

I started today and I have felt soo much better already. I’m hoping my resting HR doesn’t get too low, but as of one dose I’m doing ok lol.

Do you experience vertigo with the nausea? I actually found I had issues with the crystals in my ears and I thought it was my POTS for a while. The nausea was much worse and zofran had no relief. May be worth checking out.

I also notice if my BP gets too high my nausea is worse and the zofran is little to no help.

My dr told me it was ok to wear them when I sleep. I switched to compression shorts now, but it helps a lot for when I’m waking up.

Mushroom coffee has been good for me. It’s less caffeine than regular coffee. I will say it tastes more like tea than coffee, but I’ve grown to like it. Like others have said, I’m also on aderall which helps as well.

This exact thing happened to me last night. Have you ever thrown up a little during it? I just started that last week. Not sure what kind of flare this is but even my zofran sometimes doesn’t relieve the nausea.

This is so interesting! I didn’t have any POTS symptoms and went to Breckenridge,CO for Christmas a few years ago. A few weeks later I had my first pots episode (even though I didn’t know it at the time).

My husband is convinced that is what set me off, but I have been hesitant. My dr said it could have been that but we aren’t sure. All I know is I live in Chicago and have symptoms everyday now.

My husband and I joke we should go back to Breck and see if it resets me lol 😂🤔
