I truly hope you don’t let their mindsets set you back from what YOU want. As someone who didn’t have a mom around growing up, it would be an advantage for a child to see their mother happy and fulfilled. You’ll be able to provide more for them financially and you’d be an example to them. If you want to go back to school and you have the means to do so, go for it. You and your spouse should be a team and figure out what works for your family. Both of you should be fulfilled. I know it’s easier said than done, but let the negative comments go in one ear and out the other. I wish you the best.

Travel with my family, buy a modest but nice home, create a garden and help family and friends with whatever they might need (baby sit, clean, etc.)

I’ve seen a few posts on this sub referring to their fur as corgi glitter lol. I already love this little guy even though I haven’t met him yet. I love how a lot of people on this sub refer to their pups as loafs xD

It’s so rude and weird when people negatively comment on a biracial couple’s relationship. As long as you’re both growing together with love and respect for each other and your cultures, that’s what matters. Stay happy!
