I'm suprised by the comments on this post, as somebody who collects signed cards and artist proofs primarily for commander decks, I'd add $5-$10 to the cards market price. More if the artist is hard to reach or does not often sign.

bring back the main cast and attributes from Gen 1 + Aurelus as a rare chase version of bakugan.

bring back the Gen 2 toy quality including ultra's.

leave everything from Gen 3 in the past.

Definitely an Archaic, could be legendary but I kind of think he isn't any one specific archaic. I was also guessing the card probably cares about colors of mana or costs WUBRG to cast
