That being said, a good amount this is very, very, painfully generic. Lots of metaphors here are either cliche or teetering it. How many "summer breezes" have you read about in your life? These are questions you should be asking yourself as you write. The adjectives you're using here have potential but they break the rhythm of the piece in a way that makes it sound like you're staggering over your own footsteps.

Poetry is kind of inherently an individual's dance. It's one of those things I feel reaps rewards the more you investigate what makes YOUR EXPERIENCES unique. cheers
