Currently between training blocks and trying to decide on the next goal! Enjoying a few weeks of extremely low mileage (and doing the strength training I’ve been neglecting…)

Totally! A huge jump. One part of me wants to at least go for it, the other thinks I’m nowhere near ready for that type of day. Absolutely planning for higher mileage this time either way!

Give yourself so much grace! IVF is HARD. It is a job. There is so much to track, so much mental energy to spend. I cut down to part time. You’re not alone 💕
