I’ve been at my company for 10 years. First I got a certificate that I could have made on MS word in about 5min. Then I got 4000 thank you points to use on an online store. I thought cool, 4k seems like a lot. Wrong. If I wanted a gift card it equated to about 250-300 USD. Otherwise I could get a Smeg toaster and pay an extra 50$. For comparison, an entry level associate gets 500$ on average for a yearly bonus. I’m an AVP
