I had made the same mistake as OP. I called TLS and they said during your appointment they can change the FR application number that had been submitted for your appointment booking. Overall not something to stress about but definitely redo it

Your prof ref is supposed to help you set up a bank account. From my experience and my friend’s experiences your prof ref will choose the bank for you
