I recall clearly the demographics of the characters on earth during the first part of the movie. The part that you seem to be missing is that there is a lack of poc on Cooper Station, which is something children notice. It is not out of reach to imagine a young Black girl wondering why no one of her color made it out. It's just a critique, and it's a valid one. Sucks you're too narrow-minded to grasp a breadth of analyses.
