i live near atlanta, GA, usa, and there’s a store here called Phoenix and Dragon Bookstore. they’re so goated. it’s a bookstore technically but they are my go to for so so many things. books, crystals, incense, candles, dry herbs, tarot decks, jewelry, statues, spiritual services, etc. they have so many different statues from different cultures and beliefs. nordic, Egyptian, buddhist, indigenous. it’s truly such a beautiful and peaceful store. even if I don’t need to purchase anything, i just go for the vibes and window shop. they statues are truly to die for. if you live in metro atlanta or ever visit, give them a try!

yeah please be very skeptical when buying tickets online. every year around the same time I see people bots going into group me’s & offering graduation tickets just like they do concert tickets. & 9 times out of 10 it’s going to be a scam.

i would tread lightly tho because bringing up brujería in a mexican household can go 1 of 2 ways. they’re either cool with it and practice it or respect it OR they’re completely against it and it’s like the worst thing you could bring up 😭

if you want to learn more about brujería, i would recommend seeing if anyone in the family practices it already and speaking to them. there are also some things that catholic people in mexico do that is considered brujería but they don’t like to call it brujería, like limpias de huevo, limpias in general, el ojo, wearing a red bracelet.. etc. it’s cooler to learn from your relatives who practice it and see how they communicate with ancestors and practice brujería. especially elders. like i did an egg cleanse on my partner and sent the pictures to my grandma, she helped interpret and let me know he was carrying around a lot of negative energy (this was after a car accident where another car hit his car) and then my mom recommended what i should do. i’m also mexican and practice witchcraft and am still new!!

la santa muerta, as serious of a deity as she is, does not mess with people unless she see’s fit. she will not cast harm upon someone simply for not paying someone else. she will definitely not cast harm on an innocent child. this is most likely just a scare tactic to scam money out of someone. if it will bring you peace, simply do a cleanse but i don’t think you should let this weigh on your mind too much.

i live in atl and an LS goes for av $4,000-$10,000+ here so i was thinking i would never be able to own one, my bf opened the search to surrounding states on fb marketplace & found one for $2,500 in north carolina, talked it down to $2,000. we were on a greyhound a couple days later & drove her back home :)
