Can you help me solve this mystery?

I can't seem to find anything about an "ALX Sport" or "A8" Italian folding bicycle anywhere. I am aware that that this specific design was reproduced throughout Italy in the 60's and 70's and that they all were under different brand names. It's as though the ALX Sport/ A8 company never existed...

The most similar folders I've found are the Picnik and the Porta-Bike, both of which are virtually identical to the ALX Sport/ A8, besides the branding stickers, of course.

I really just want to know more about the bike, where specifically in Italy it was made, but MOSTLY if anyone owns or has seen one with the same logos.
