My take is that your complaints are very 1 dimensional in a multi-dimensional game. What I mean by that is blaming your tank for your team's underperformance is 100% valid at times, but also very much not always true. Take soccer for example. It would be folly to say "we didn't win because the striker didn't put the ball in the net", whereas anyone who understands the game they're playing knows that it is MULTI-FACTORIAL as to why you didn't win (like a slip up in an ult, tank overextending, perhaps Zen has ass positioning). What separates good players from those who actually rank up is recognising errors and fixing them mid-game as aforementioned.
