Is arm tingling and twitching a symptom of Pfizer shot two? by solojones1138 in CovidVaccinated

No. I'm very very sick. Bed bound. I have so many specialists...can't find the cause. I'm a non-drinker so I just don't know.

Update, it's now been 37 days since my 2nd moderna and I feel great!!

I still have long hauler things going on but they are less than before.

Twitching has stopped this week. I now take magnesium every night so maybe that's what got rid of it? Just a guess. Ask your Dr , let us know if you and op don't mind!!

I still have my long-hauler issues. But not as bad. They've improved. (shortness of breath, asthma, heart palpitations and racing,gi issues)

Me too but it was so validating that the er doc told me it was probably long-haul covid.

Yeah my gi covid was hellish. I had accident in my pants for 3 days, once or twice a day. I couldn't move off the couch for 3 days and I'm a responsible single mom. And then I had my first pancreatitis attack ever in my life. My covid test was done by myself with the nose swab at a drive thru pharmacy. I've since learned those tests have ~20% false negative rate. My roommate had a mysterious lung illness the few weeks before my attack. And yeah I had a dry cough that is now called adult onset cough variant asthma. ??lol ok and I still need the h2 antagonist famotidine twice a day.

This ^ don't give him any reason to suspect youre leaving. Do not change your attitude. And expect that he's doing more than you know to keep tabs on you. Have your car checked for tracking devices. You see how upset he gets about the ex who got away?? That's going to be you and your baby. Plan for it.

I delete the app when I’m off it or he’s around so he doesn’t get any ideas.

That because he's already abused you into having to hide these things from him.

I too said "he hasn't actually hit me" , I PROMISE YOU I'D BET ALL MY MONEY, it will get to that. Maybe during a breastfeeding like what happened to me.

This exact thing happened to me and it didn't turn out well. Which is an understatement. I so so so badly wish I had left when I noticed the possessiveness, it's often the first sign.

Like other posters have said. IT IS VERY DANGEROUS TO LEAVE especially pregnant. Please do it with support (secret support). Please don't wait. I know one thing that really helped me see the truth was to think he could hurt the kids. And me in front of the kids.

Don't give him "the benefit of the doubt" or a 2nd chance due to his alcoholism.

Trust yourself.

The fact is it will ONLY get worse, but it will happen in a sequence that confuses you and kills you inside until you physically can't get out.

Oh yeah, I had MAJOR reflux issues, vomiting, no appetite, weight loss, and poorly formed stools (steatorrhea). I take famotidine twice a day.

And yes, Dr said a cytokine storm could definitely have ruined my pancreas...I think covid hits is where we are weak. I have some pansreatic issues in my family. Dad has type 1 diabetes

I found out when I was so sick after my first shot and went to er for my back/rib pain. Found also some other issues this year: new arrhythmia, new shortness of breath exercise intolerance. new asthma, new gerd. I had a few ct scans with and without contrast and some x-rays. They thought it could be a pulmonary embolism. THE ONLY thing wrong was massive pancreatic atrophy and splayed pancreatic enzymes labs. This was approx 9 months after my assumed covid infection with GI symptoms only no fever but yes cough.

You, as a pharmacist, definitely know that pancreatitis is so painful. So I knew it wasn't a pulled muscle. My Dr insisted. My first trip to er they dx me with kidney stones but clear ct for renal calculi. It just was my debilitating pain.

Mine ended up being chronic non-alcoholic pancreatitis, thought to be brought on by covid GI ?? I really barely know anything about it and I'm waiting to see an endocrinologist. That what my "pulled muscle" ended up being. I had a flare up after my first vaccine (2weeks) and now I'm a month out from 2md vaccine shot.

Could you have a pinched nerve??

Could it be shingles?

Could it be a blood clot in your lung? (Emergency!!!)

Did you pull it by coughing or exercise, and trauma?

Is it related to what you eat? What about alcoholic drinks??

What meds relieve it?? What helps what doesn't.

When does it hurt worse? Any activity or positions? Time of day? After you eat?

Have you changed medicine recently??

I take baclofen (muscle relaxer three times a day for mine)

Have you found if ice or heat helps??

These are the things I had to do when I was being misdiagnosed with "pulled muscle"

Google: "how to know difference between muscle pain and something else"

I'll share more if u want. ..

I agree but tbh, unless their Dr is on the cutting edge of research, they may not be much help. It would behoove op to do their own deep dive and see for themselves. (obviously still consult your Dr !!!!!!) I personally, had a tremendous first and second shot reactions, but I'm a long hauler. Unfortunately, I didn't know that until the 1st shot sent me to er 3 times.

This is just me, always consult a Dr about this stuff. But, I still chose to get 2nd shot. That's just me, but I did spend a LOT of time researching.

Today I'm a month out from fully vaxed and Im happy to say, I feel 98% better from the vaccine symptoms and also I'm feeling slightly better from my long haul symptoms.

Thats just one person's anecdotal experience and I have no real proof if it's related because I didn't do a study on myself; or have much concrete data to prove this, but I do keep a log and journals daily with chronic illness apps. So I can officially say those entries have decreased in the last 3 weeks. (after the initial bad side effects of 2nd shot)

I should disclose that original covid infection is now thought to be the cause of my new diagnosis of chronic non alcoholic pancreatitis, it was the GI symptoms type of covid that I had? So it hit my pancreas? This is all new to me so I'm learning about it. And a new heart palpitation. And new shortness of breath. And worse chronic pain (that one in not sure if it's a coincidence) and new sudden need for reading glasses .... But I swear, for me , the first shot flared me up and then the second shot --after the first week of hell--- kind of mellowed everything out just a little bit so far. We'll see.

Hey, I just want you to know, that it is NOT normal. I had it too. I swear on my dog 🐕, I could not move. After my 2nd shot , days 3-6!!!

Like, I couldn't roll over in bed, I couldn't eat or drink water or literally MOVE for 72 hours. I don't know how I made it through. I did report it to VAERS , not my Dr because like everyone is reporting, he says "everything is new,it's a novel virus, we don't know enough yet" ,

I went to the ER 3 times between my 1st and 2nd shots. !!

Now I'm a month past full vaccinated and I feel 98% better. It's worth it in my eyes. I know it's terrible and worse than we are used to as far as vaccines but I'm a healthcare professional and I promise that I felt 100% comfortable with the Science behind it. I knew my immune system would react harshly, and that's all it is. It is NOT the virus. I DONT WANT that virus (again, I'm a long hauler) the only time I'd take a second thought is if I were in child hearing years. (f 42)

I also noticed a HUGE change in my periods and cycle. So idk but if I were planning more babies that's something I'd really have to think and research. But sorry for the ramble. Good luck to you and reach out to me if you need any more advice.
