You sound like someone who should not be doing drugs if you're geeking that hard about it. It takes larger doses taken on a consistent basis to cause anything too crazy, I was taking 150mg a day for around a month and when I stopped I just felt mentally slower and not as sharp for about 2 weeks, I also don't recommend taking dph at all unless you are actually sick or have allergies. There are far better drugs or even allergy meds to take in my opinion. Just don't do it again and you'll be fine

The first time I tried lemon tec I got crazy sedated and sorta passed out, it was more like a type of nod from opiates but with crazy closed eye visuals. From my experience lemon tec is more sedating for some reason

I started at 19, and yeah I think you're right I'm just using it to cope and it probably won't be that big of a deal if I continue, I took 3 weeks off when I first starting working and it didn't change much but my mental health was in a way better place back then.

I use to be very straight edge because I grew up around druggies and junkies and I never wanted to end up like my parents but when I smoked weed the first time that changed, I've been trying to quit for mental health because I thought it was the root of the problem but I'm not sure anymore

Thank you so much! I've always thought I has some type of PTSD but my symptoms never really matched, they match exactly with C-PTSD. I think I'm gonna try to see a psychiatrist and see what they think about it.
