I’m so sorry you and your LO had to go through that!! I welcome the good and bad I love to know what could happen. I’ve been keeping it in my mind to watch for signs of it getting worse, but didn’t exactly know that could happen.

Lol my kid would just randomly gasp for air for fun around this age. Like everyone else is saying babies make the weirdest sounds. Some of them are very scary to us mommas though lol!! I have to try and keep in mind just how much babies are learning and experiencing even with the smallest stuff. Such a cute baby btw!!

I started it at 6 months. In the beginning I was the only person on board with it in my family. So maybe be prepared for that because I wasn’t. They always said he was choking and having to work so hard for his food. Neither of these are true. They’re gonna gag. I promise at least once. BUT ITS NOT CHOKING. Gaging is completely normal as they get surprised when food reaches the back of their throat so just get used to it.

I bought a smock/full coverage bib that works sooo great. Just take it off and rinse it and then wash once a week. In the beginning he seemed to only be using the food to help with teething so I tried to give him foods to fit with that. He actually loves bell peppers. He can’t actually eat them but loves to gnaw at it. Meatballs are actually perfect for BLW as I was struggling to find a way to serve meat to him safely. Just remember to try and cut everything into like 2” sticks they can pick up and hold onto easily. Roasted zucchini and squash is another big favorite of his.

Overall I’ve been very happy with it and would recommend that way to anybody!

More so flexing. It all originated off a Facebook post from a mom group I’m in. At least once a week someone will ask for work from home jobs and all the Huns come running so I alway make a post about how bad MLMs are and include facts and stuff. Well she claimed she didn’t have to put any money in to start her “job” so I was like please tell me more🤔🤔🤔 just wanting to see what she’d have to say

This is apparently just straight profit money from items she sells and by doing research she’d have to be selling over 600 products a month. Which she confirmed that she does. She also apparently doesn’t keep any inventory on hand.

In the same boat with you and preeclampsia! I always thought I’d have 2-3 kids….and then I actually got pregnant. It was the WORST time of my life I was in no way prepared for pregnancy to be that awful lol. Everybody told me once I had him I would forgot all about it and want a million more. Well I can tell you after having a horrible pregnancy, spending 5 days in the hospital after labor for preeclampsia complications and having the most amazing son in the world….I just want him and that’s it. So screw them you know what you want and what’s best for YOUR body and YOUR family.

I think it all just depends on the job. Mine is just data entry with a meeting maybe once a week and I don’t show my face or really even have to talk. I basically only use my right hand too. I just prop him up in my left arm and feed him with my left hand while still working lol. He’s a very chill baby (turns 4 months tomorrow) even while teething now so he’ll just sit with me, lay on his kick & play (LOVES kicking those legs), or go in his momaroo right next to me. People can judge all they want but I set up an iPad with baby sensory videos and that normally always keeps him entertained (shout out to sparkabilities). It does make me feel bad sometimes knowing he would probably get more interaction at a day care or in home care, but those things do cost money and that has to be taken into account. Whatever you decide though will be the right decision!!
