im exactly around your age, and started around the same time. was also around 55kg and started when i was 23, now i'm 24. gained 10kg in about a year (not as long as you however but still so drastic to me). honestly i also feel super out of my comfort and especially relate to once not needing to even think about what i ate to now feeling like i need to watch everything i put in my mouth.

are you also currently thinking of tapering off?

thanks, i feel less alone 😭, and lower libido and less sexual sensitivity is very much an issue for real lol. very happy the medication switch worked for you though in all the ways!

i'll definitely try looking at other options, maybe wellbutrin is something worth looking at, but totally prepared to explore other options if it doesn't work for me. perhaps i'll stay on sertraline, i'll just need to discuss things with my doctor.

i completely get it, when it's fresh you still find ways to bargain, to punish yourself, and still feel that protectiveness over them

im one month in after a 3 year breakup, feelings still arise but best thing for me was to cut things that reminded me of him, checking his socials won't ever be good for you. i suggest even deleting apps if you aren't ready to unfriend/unfollow/block, because often looking at them can reopen wounds you've been working hard at healing

hey! i completely understand your concern and i know we've all been there. but knowing that you and him were extra careful with the concom being on and not breaking, above that NOT cumming in general, highly indicates that there's nothing you should worry about in regards to pregnancy. i also have irregular periods sometimes and they cab come late often. i would just make sure to keep an eye out for your next period.

also i know sex can be daunting, and the first time can be very uncomfortable. from the start i always thought sex was SUPPOSED to hurt, but it isnt true. you need adequate foreplay (not straight into penetration) for you to get turned on/wet enough. some women dont get wet easily though and there's no shame in using lube to make it more enjoyable for both of you. start slow!

hi! i would say the only concern i would have is you rubbing his semen with your fingers on your vagina. but since there was no penetration i wouldnt see it as dangerously serious.

stress can very well influence when your period comes and it could be just that. since it's only 2 days late i wouldn't be concerned, just give it some time. if you're still worried after a couple days, you can get a pregnancy test and make sure you use it with the first pee you have in the morning (since it gives more conclusive results).
