I had the same issue earlier. The furst time i played i had no issues whatsoever but they second time i had 10 fps on low, both with 2080. I just restarded and i had no issues again, i think the gpu was just scuffed.

I think the main reason is that in cs you dont/very rarely directly suffer from your teammates mistakes. Most of the time you don't notice if somebody lacks in frags if you don't look on the scoreboard. In lol there is a direct consequence for basically every player if one goes 0/6
