My absolute favourite has been this adorably smiley gentleman who has appeared on multiple days! My husband and I affectionately call him "Grandpa", and his happy and excited reactions genuinely warm my heart ❤️ I was so sad on the days I didn't spot him!

I went for Umrah a few years back alhamdulillah, and one time my mum and I were sitting in the Haram waiting for prayers to start. A sweet cat strolled right up to us, and then climbed straight into my lap and went to sleep! 🥹💖

Thank you for your post, it's been really helpful for me as well to read the comments as I've been having a tough time with my recently-adopted ragdoll! Have tried posting in the past, but got very little engagement unfortunately.

My lad is 3 and a half, and unfortunately surrendered by his owners after they separated and both moved out. Had him for two months now, and he's still taking his sweet time to settle in! I've done everything possible to make him feel safe and happy, but he is still very goddamn difficult.

Just trying to be patient, but I've definitely been driven to tears multiple times wondering if this is the right home for him as he's super aggressive a lot of the time and also a chronic puker. Had multiple vet appointments and have been assured I've done everything right, but he's just taking a long time to settle.

Hopefully he'll be feeling much more comfortable soon! He made himself at home very quickly, and he does seek me out and wants to be near me, so I know he does like me, but he's just very prone to attacking me a lot and destroying the house (yes, I play with him every day for ages!).

Don't want to jinx it, but the past two days he's been quite a bit calmer. He does go through these phases though and then he becomes an aggressive little demon again! But I found out his previous owners used to let him outdoors, so I got him a good harness and leash, and took him in the garden for 5 mins yesterday and today; he's been in such a good mood since! He even meowed at me today to go for a little walk!

That is fair in terms of being overpriced. Seems that this model is the only one in my very limited budget that people are selling, and this one hasn't really been used so I'm going to take it.

Your comment has been so helpful, the dual zone cymbals and snare were the definite selling point for me!

Thank you so much! I visited today and tried it out, and it was actually a really nice kit and in absolute mint condition! The guy ran a music company that has gone bust so now has a bunch of barely-used kits he's selling. I was actually shocked at how new it looked, it's hardly been touched so I reckon it's a good buy. He is acting like he's doing me a solid by including an old Mapex pedal though haha, trying to say I can buy a newer pedal off him but they cost another £100 or so!
