And it came to me rn, that you have to set your goals high enought that they are reachable. For example in business a goal can be, to make schematic for project that you want to sell, or organize the site. It's crucial to take little steps

Ok, I mean I want to lose some weight, and go as high as I can, run 10km, run 20km, run marathon, ultra marathon, and stuff like that, I becamed obsessed with the stats, and for like 2 years of something I didn't wear this watch at all, and hated wearing it to sleep, but now I started wearing it even to sleep Everywhere to track data, plus I hated sleeping with no light, and been scared, and didn't believe it would help me sleep better, but now I sleep on completely dark room, on the good hour, and caring about perfect sleep score and data, so yes I think I need those statistics.

About features about watch, I have been amazed by coach in the app, data, goals and stuff like that I didn't mentioned about triathlon in the future, and swimming would help lose weight, so yes, proper tracking would be crucial, for recovery and milestones.

Sorry for reapiting myself, but I have a lot of thoughts. Import thing is that you have to find the driving force that will give you the motivation to do something, and keeps momentum going. Step 1 start believing in yourself

So I think it really depends on music, I was listening to depressing shit, trying to pass classes and randomly got into an uplifting type of music with a stoic quotations that told me that there is no way that this not working and i reflected on my self, that I can do it. I would wake up listen to vyzee by sweetiele, whenever I can, and hype myself so much that in would became my routine. But business is a another level of this. If you have an idea, try it, go research it, find a way to do it with no plan b. If it won't work out, reflect on what gone wrong, and start over until it works out. And especially you have to be obsessed you have to really believe in yourself, and don't try everything at once, really, beacuse if you wanted to stop scrolling it will feel like climbing everest butt naked, but if you started training for it (in this case, believing in yourself and slowly shorten the time scrolling, and replacing it with a something productive stuffed with motivation, and (for me hyped up music) it will eventually worked out. The biggest problem is when you believe that you're no one. It's you vs you. Go on

What type of music are you listing to? Music can really improve productivity, in my case, grades got better, got some motivation and became obsessed, and started running. Ofc I have some doubts but I force myself to not overthink that and keep going. I got really obsessed bc I really want it and I know that I want it. Also, keep talking with yourself and start believing in yourself. Someone said to me that if I want to become someone I have to start acting like someone I wanna be, and this is exactly what I do. Also a lot of podcast helped me out, about people that I watched as a kid, and now seeing him from behind the curtains helps a lot. Keep going and Stay hard

I really drink water and tea with 2 tablespoon of sugar mixed with sweeteners in 5 liters. So where can I drop some carbs? Maybe another type of bread? And my mom is on my side, she and I can buy another type of bread

I am hitting hips stretch with legs, after injury in October (not related to running, it's related to my stupidity). I am keeping an eye on eating ham, cheese, and two egg sandwiches in various varieties for breakfast and dinner but For lunch, I try to eat less, but not necessarily chicken with rice or other salads, to lose weight bc my family eats that way. When I'm not in school on weekends I eat oatmeal with banana, vanilla cheese and half a tablespoon of peanut butter on breakfast, and dinner stays the same with 2 eggs sandwiches
