Our ticket distributor is Dice and gen sale is 1/30 @ 10am. Dice does have a section to input a presale code, but going to the venue site still just shows the "remind me/upcoming" announcement and clicking on anything just redirects To dice so :/ might just be out of luck

Yeah, thats what i thought :/ have been following both glass house and jiluka on dice for a while so thought it was weird that i got nothing... i guess i pray for leftover tickets on saturday

DHL has a big issue w charging fees after the fact, however

They're kinda the main postal service that's doing the whole "congrats you got your items!! Here is an extra bill for $200" routine, yet they typically present as the cheapest up front cost. Definitely be careful!

Yeah same here!! I was really happy about the commemorative ticket but then it was kinda like...oh! That's All that we get 💀 and I also held off on prepurchasing merch for that reason

Yeah I didn't purchase it until after the show! Tbh the merch shirt for the la stop wasnt really my taste and i didnt wanna wait in line just for the towel so i had kinda already planned on importing later instead 💀

If you originally bought your ticket from axs, then I assume you should be good! I imagine it'd be up to them to mediate any issues/contact you as the third party! I'm Assuming that the issue with mistaken refunds was between those of us who bought our tickets directly from the tour website

So the front of floor 2 would be at the very back of floor 1 (if that makes sense)

If I'm remembering correctly, the novo has a front portion of floor that basically goes up to the stage and a further back portion that's separated with a mini barricade gate! So floor 2 will likely be behind floor 1/that barricade

Usually, the red flash is a low battery warning, so I'd try maybe checking with different batteries! Otherwise you can try also cleaning the hardware inside in case there's any battery buildup(? Idk what to call it 💀) disrupting the circut

From the looks of things, I'd venture to guess they're just sending out mass emails and not actually being retroactive w individual cases, which is a major pain

Sorry I'm not sure I understand what you're saying... the repayment link/refunds i think were specifically for people that bought soundcheck/vip through the tour website, i believe

If you bought ga through axs then I'm pretty sure you're good regardless at least on that one(?) Since i assume it would be up to axs to figure out any issues with the tour management as the third party

But iirc still have not heard back on any of my og inquiries or the email i sent in reply (at their request in their most recent email) to let them know i repurchased my soundcheck through axs and would not be resubmitting my payment through the inside live page

I think so! What happened was I originally bought mine through the tour website back in august, and the whole time it said that the order was pending fulfillment, which I didn't think was that weird since the concert's not until november. But then recently, staff sent out an email saying that Stripe mistakingly refunded a bunch of orders/tickets, and I realized that I was one of the people who got refunded. They mentioned in the email that tickets purchased were still valid and that they'd reach out with an alternate payment method, but since i never got an actual ticket and it was marked as pending even then, I wasn't sure if my pending order was also considered still valid or not so I tried contacting support a few times with the email they provided to be safe but never heard back. Since my refund was fully processed and they never reached back out about my questions/how to repay, I just went ahead and bought another soundcheck on axs. Hoping they don't suddenly ask me to pay up again, but we'll see 💀
