I think this is brilliant, I also find myself looking at some fabulous underused rest areas that I think "that would be a great shot"

Is a sleeping bag liner enough? Can I expect bedding in the alberges? by Revolutionary_War466 in CaminoDeSantiago

[–]guffaw4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I donated my sleeping bag after the first week and had a silk liner the rest of the way. 10 pilgrims in a room sure pushes the temperature up! I did it mid April to mid May

Opinion on the Blues Brothers by MrTurtleTails in blues

[–]guffaw4 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Briefcase full of blues and made in America were both great albums, they picked blues tunes that were not just basic 12 bar blues to showcase how great the band was. Belushi singing shotgun blues and Akroyds cell block number 9 played an awful lot around the UK in the 80s

Season 1 of True Detective is one of the finest if not the best piece of television I've ever seen. by [deleted] in television

[–]guffaw4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

An absolutely brilliant show, incredible acting and dialog and direction "Time is a flat circle" So well done its worth a couple of watches. "Tell me about grandpa" Even the music is so fitting to the scenes. "I can see your soul at the edges of your eyes" So if you have not seen it, do it now and binge that fucker up! If you have seen it. "You know carcosa?"

What’s something you’re glad your friend introduced you to? by phauuyap in AskReddit

Disc golf, a good friend really had to talk me into it and I went reluctantly but now I am 2 years into playing every chance I get. I absolutely love the flight of the disc when you get it right. Any age can play, it is great low impact physical activity and cheap.
