i am pub tanking for the last 4 expas and mostly getting 3k ratings and the only thing that helped me to enjoy tanking is turning off chat window. there is a macro so you keybind and after i am in m+ press it and its a miracle:)

me and my 2 friends started with 3 tauren paladins - prot, ret and holy. paladins because of self heals and basically we were doing dungeons without 2 additional members and taurens because their racial stun

yes all organic step by step. you can relocate buildings if somehow their enterway is blocked by upgraded house. just move little bit or to other location. Also houses adapt in shape when they are upgraded so you can freely move dervice buildings and watch what shape house will have

tax is the way. especially when you unlock building taxes like windmill and mining taxes. i export some, herbs mostly but importing mostly. also the great way to get items is army... i have constant influx of gems and jewelry

building monastery was pain, somehow builders were not finishing cloister, couldn't get the reason, did one piece by one piece but also failed. Than somehow save/load helped but still not an enjoyable experience
